Delivery
We will process your order as soon as your payment has cleared and received. For orders within California, we will ship your order and expect 3-5 business days delivery.

For all delivery services, you will be able to view your estimated delivery date at checkout. Please add your Eircode to your address in My Account to help us make sure your orders get delivered to the right place.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your gift or purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for a $9.99 return shipping fee plus tax, where applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.

Extended Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 can be returned through January 15 of the following year.
