For all delivery services, you will be able to view your estimated delivery date at checkout. Please add your Eircode to your address in My Account to help us make sure your orders get delivered to the right place.

Fashion Sense offers free returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. Sale items are Final Sale and no return and no exchange available.

Eligibility

Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. Final sale items, swimwear, sunglasses, have limitations.

Extended Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 can be returned through January 15 of the following year.
